Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an imaging device of high resolution and high performance by disposing a multiroof mirror array disposed with multiple roof mirrors in an array shape behind a multilens array disposed with multiple lenses in an array shape. CONSTITUTION:An imaging device used for an exposure optical system of a copying machine or the like is formed in opposing respective lenses and roof mirrors by disposing a multiroof mirror array 12 formed into a plate shape by being disposed with multiple roof mirrors in an array shape behind a multilens array 11 formed into a plate shape by being disposed with multiple lenses in an array shape. The respective arrays 11, 12 are molded into one piece respectively with a resin material, and the reflection surfaces (a), (b) of the array 12 are formed by aluminum vapor deposition or the like. Hence, no influences are given to imaging performance despite the presence of internal strains in the plastic members, and ''sink marks'' are reduced considerably, whereby the flatness of the reflection surface is improved and the performance is made higher.
