Abstract
PURPOSE:To control the position of a moving article driven by a pulse motor by controlling a voltage control oscillator with a signal proportional to the difference between a standard position and the position of a pulse motor driving stage to make the output of a position error always zero. CONSTITUTION:Signals from a standard clock oscillator 1 are counted up by a standard clock counter 2 while controlled by a control signal outputted from a controller 11 according to a start/stop signal from a control console 10. Signal pulses from a position detector 8 attached to a pulse motor driving stage 7 are counted up by a position detection counter 9. Signals from the countes 2 and 9 are subtracted by an error detection subtractor 3 and the difference is outputted and D/A converted by an D/A converter 4. The D/A converted signal is proportional to the difference between a standard position and the position of real stage 7 and is inputted to a voltage control oscillator 6 through a loop filter 5. Thus, an output of an oscillator 6 makes a signal detected as a position error always zero.
