Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to respond to all track conditions by an electric motor driven vehicle by forming distance-speed pattern output using schedule distance at actual travel distance on the vehicle as the track gradient conditions. CONSTITUTION:When an electric motor driven vehicle travels at predetermined speed in a gradient zone to reach a predetermined point, a predetermined position stop signal receiver 1 receives a signalfrom a point signal generator and produces its output signal. When a distance integrating meter 5 receives the output signal from the signal receiver 1, it counts output ulses from a speed detector 3 and produces its integrated value. Since the output pulses from the detector 3 are proportional to the travel distance of the vehicle. The track gradient of the track is detected by a detector 2, and is applied to an integrated distance converter 6. The output signal from the converter 6 is applied to a predetermined position stop distance-speed pattern generator 7, which thereupon froms a drive signal of a motor 4.
