Abstract

PURPOSE: An agricultural film, obtained by incorporating two kinds of antiblocking agents having different melting points and specific inert solid fine particles with polyvinyl chloride containing a plasticizer, and having improved antiblocking and heat insulating properties and a good surface.
CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl chloride resin composition containing a plasticizer is incorporated with an antiblocking agent having a melting point ≥130°C, preferably a fatty acid amide, e.g. methylenebisstearamide or ethylenebisstearamide, an antiblocking agent having a melting point of 70W120°C, preferably a fatty acid amide, e.g. stearic acid amide or palmitic acid amide, and talc, capable of absorbing infrared rays of wavelengths 5W25μ, and having a bulk specific gavity ≥0.1g/cm3, an average particle diameter of 0.5W10μ and a Mohs hardness ≤4 as fine inert solid particles. The resultant mixture is then molded to give a film having a transmittance to rectilinear light of 75% or more at a wavelength of 555mμ.
