Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare low cost highly reliable vane part by making only the vane part to be set in stream with stainless cast steel so as to be combined later with stream free spindle part made with low cost materials.
CONSTITUTION: Vane part 2 and spindle part 3 are independently manufactured with different materials separately. In other words, the vane part 2 is made with stainless steel and the spindle part is made with low cost forged steel, and both of the two parts are connected with electronic beam welding on their end faces 2a, 3a. Then a central core hole 6 is drilled along the central axis line from the left end of the spindle part as deep as to reach the side of the vane part 2.
