Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize tube voltage by applying the detection value of the inter- terminal voltage of the capacitor in a low pass filter to duty control as a feedback sig nal. CONSTITUTION:The inter-terminal voltage of the capacitor 32 in a low pass filter 27 is detected and an error amplifier 46 which compares the detected value with that of tube voltage setting device 45 in variable status is provided. When the detected value of the inter-terminal voltage of the capacitor 32 becomes higher than the preset voltage of the tube voltage setting device 45, this error amplifier 46 generates low-level signals. In other status, it generates high-level signals. Besides, both outputs from a pulse width modulator 44 and the error amplifier 46 are applied to an AND circuit 47. When both the outputs are in a high level, they are applied to a chopping transistor 5. A changeover (select) switch 49 which switches to the error amplifier 46 side during transparency and to the high level applied voltage 48 side during photography is provided between the error amplifier 46 and AND circuit 47.
