Abstract

PURPOSE: To discharge very sticky and thermally unstable material of high viscosity without clogging by providing the suspended object of the size becoming gradually smaller from the lower end of the adapter attached to the upper part inside of the discharge pipe to the discharge port without touching the inner wall of the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: An adapter 6 is attached to the upper part 2 inside the discharge pipe 5 connected to the bottom of the hopper 1 and the suspended object 8 of the size becoming gradually smaller from the lower end 7 of the adapter to the discharge port 3 is provided without touching to the inner wall 4 of the discharge pipe. Though it is very sticky, thermally unstable and highly viscous material of viscosity more than 10,000cps (25°C) (urea resin precondensate, melamine resin precondensate etc.), it can be discharged steadily and continuously.
