Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate repetitive playback either between a set count position and the starting/ending terminal of a tape, or between the starting terminal and ending terminal of the tape, by performing playback operation according to the count value of a tape counter. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with an operation part 1 which puts the device in operation, an operation mode storage part 4 which stores commands of the operation part, a counter signal generation part 7 which generates an output when the display number position of a tape counter reaches a preset number position, a tape end detection signal generation part 8 which generates a signal at the starting and ending terminals of a tape, a logical operation part 9 which performs logical operation among outputs of the circuit parts 4, 7 and 8, and an operation signal generation part 13 which operates an operation mode change-over part 16 according to the logical operation output. Consequently, repetitive playback between a position, indicated by the preset display number of the tape counter, and the tape ending terminal, repetitive playback between the display number position and the tape ending terminal, and repetitive playback between the tape starting and ending terminals are all enabled.
