Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase controllability of temperature for the condenser of indirect air-cooled type, by controlling the drive of fans by determining the flow amount of circulating air to the group of fans, based on the information signals from steam flow, circulating air flow and condensate temperature of the condenser, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: The condensate temperature in the condenser is put into a processor 13 through a temperature detector 6 and a temperature controller 8. On the other hand, a steam flow amount in the condenser is put into the processor 13 through a steam flow transmitter 15, and a circulatig air flow amount, also into the processor 13 through a circulating air flow transmitter 14, respectively. The processor 13 calculates a circulating air flow amount corresponding to the operation load, putting out the result as the feedback signal to control the operation of the fans. With such an arrangement, temperature of the condenser of indircet air-cooled type can be controlled in accordance with the load, thus, the controllability of the system can be increased.
