Abstract

The arithmetical unit 40 calculates the bleeding flow rate or exhaust flow rate set point of turbines 3 and 4, redistributes excessive or insufficient steam to a turbine which has remaining power, and determines the bleeding or exhaust flow rate set point of all the turbines. The result is transmitted to the turbine controllers 50 of the turbines 3 and 4 and adjusts the steam flow-in amount to the turbines 3 and 4. This enables optimum control.
