Abstract
PURPOSE:To control a step motor with a simple configuration by calculating the number of pulses for completion of acceleration, starting of deceleration, etc., storing the pulses, and controlling to transfer to next step after the total of the motor driving pulses reaches predetermined numeral at every step. CONSTITUTION:Numeral correlating to the period of a pulse signal corresponding to the rotating speeds of the motor is stored in an ROM5. A CUP1 counts the number of pulses to the completing point of acceleration, starting point of deceleration, finishing point of deceleration, stopping point on the basis of the instructions from an instruction center, and inputs them to the counters 11-14. When a start command is delivered, the CPU1 generates a pulse of the period responsive to the initial speed, supplies it to the motor, and subtracts it from the counters 11-14. When the counter 11 counted up, it transfers to next constant rotating step. When the counters 12-13 are sequentially counted up, it sequentially transfers to the respective next step, and when the counter 14 is counted up, it will stop.
