Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation of an equipment on the basis of the runaway of an oscillator by providing a diode between a switching diode and the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A diode 15 is connected between the connecting point of the base of a switching transistor and a resistor 12 and the fourth pin of an oscillator 8. Thus, the output B of the microprocessor 13 is high level to conduct the switching transistor 12, the fourth pin of the oscillator 8 thus becomes the same potential as the first pin, and accordingly the oscillator 8 is inoperative state in normal state, but even if a malfunction occurs in the oscillator to thus cause an oscillation, the base of the switching transistor is forcibly shortcircuitted to the negative voltage V2 by the diode 15, and accordingly a thyristor 2 is not triggered by undesired output of the oscillator 8. Therefore, there is no danger of oscillating a magnetron 3 by the continuous triggering of the thyristor 2 due to the runaway of the oscillator 8 due to the malfunction.
