Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize secure and fast automatic channel searching operation by select ing a free oscillation frequency freely by providing an oscillating circuit separately from a horizontal oscillating circuit for horizontal deflecting circuit drive. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd oscillating circuit 11 is provided separately from a horizontal oscillating circuit 3 for driving a horizontal deflecting circuit 4 and while its free oscillation frequency is set lower than the frequency of a horizontal synchronizing signal, the circuit is synchronized through the 2nd AFC circuit 10 by the horizontal synchronizing signal. The output of the circuit 11 is applied to an AND circuit 7 to be ANDed with a synchronizing signal (a) supplied separately from a synchronous separating circuit 1. A low-pass filter 9 eliminate a noise signal contained in the synchronizing signal.
