Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure the moisture quantity and the moisture percentage, by generating an error correcting function based on a calibration measured value after dust has adhered, in case when no dust has adhered to each part by a standard sample through a multiple scattered optical system and a transmission optical system, of a reference light beam and a measuring light beam. CONSTITUTION:A reference light beam and a measuring light beam passing through reference light beam and measuring light beam filters 42, 43 of a continuous rotary sector 42 are cut off and controlled by through-holes 61... of an intermittent rotary wheel 60, and are projected from irradiation windows 11, 12 of an upper head 10 provided with a scattered surface 13.
