Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to perform a reliable grouting, by a method wherein a grout pouring tube and a vacuum suction tube in a concrete substance are coupled by means of a switch valve, and after a gap in the concrete substance is evacuated, a grout is poured by rapidly changing over the switch valve.
CONSTITUTION: A grout pump 2 and a vacuum pump 3 are placed on a truck 1, a grout press-feed tube 10 and a vacuum suction tube 11 are connected through a switch valve 13, and a pouring tube 14 is coupled to a pouring tube 24 connected to a space around a PC steel rod 21 in a concrete substance 19. After the inside of a sheath 20 is eacuated with the switch valve 13 first changed over to a vacuum suction side, the switch valve 13 is changed over to fill the inside of the sheath 20 with grout.
