CONSTITUTION:An Ni-Co-P alloy layer 3, preferably containing 10-60% Co, 1- 15% P and the remainder Ni, is formed on at least the inner surface to be in contact with a ring of a metallic traveler 1 for a fine spinning frame, twisting frame, etc. to give a thickness of 15mu.
