Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a quick and accurate cleaning of dirts on the outer wall of a nozzle automatically and in linkage with a distributory injector. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 20 whose inner and outer walls are contaminated by distributory injection lowers and a washing liquid is passed through the nozzle 20 to clean the inner wall thereof. At the same time, the nozzle 20 is moved upward while a washing liquid is fed to a washing head 32 through a liquid feed tube 40 while a negative pressure is applied through a liquid sucking tube 42. The outer wall of the nozzle 20 is cleaned positively in a washing chamber 38 with the upward movement thereof. The negative pressure previously applied allows the washing liquid to be sucked and drained through the liquid sucking tube 42 irrelevant to a clearance between the nozzle 20 and openings 34 and 36. This eliminates residual liquid on the outer wall of the nozzle 20 enabling immediate use of the nozzle 20 for the subsequent distributing injection.
