PURPOSE:To contrive the precise configuration of a measuring device by supporting rotatably one end of a housing that incorporates screw feeder built-in and is placed horizontally, by supporting the other end with a load detector, and by detcting and caluculating the number of revolution and the load of the screw. CONSTITUTION:A housing 3 that incorporates a screw feeder 12 is placed horizontally, and the one end is supported rotatably with a horizontal supporting point axis 5 that is placed perpendicularly to said housing 3. From a rotary feeder 20 on its upper part, powder material is supplied with an approximately constant amount at a time. The other end of the housing 3 is hanged down by a lifting tool 10 in the -shape and a load detector 9 fixed to a frame body 1, and on the end part, a tachometer 15 is prepared. The screw feeder axis 12 is driven by a motor 13 prepared in a body with the housing 3 and a speed reducer 14, thus the powder material that has been supplied is sent and further it is supplied from a discharge port 22 under the lifting tool 10 to the outside.
