Abstract

PURPOSE: To strongly adhere a resin film on an Al plated steel plate, by coating the resin on the surface of the steel plate or alloy steel plate after molten plating of Al containing Si or Zn is performed on the surface, the surface is reheated, and a mechanical roughening treatment is performed on the surface, and then, by heating and melting the resin.
CONSTITUTION: Al containing ≥1%, especially ≥3% Si or Zn, is plated on the surface of a steel or alloy steel plate. Then an annealing treatment is performed on the plated steel plate by reheating it at 150W600°C temperature, after the steel plate is cooled. Then, the surface of Al plated steel plate after the annealing treatment is roughened by a mechanical method, such as sandblast liquid honing, etc., and a resin is coated on the roughened surface. The resin is heated and melted so that the whole surface of the plated steel plate is covered with the resin. It is effictive to use a fluorine resin which has a large nonviscous property (e.g.; ethylene tetrafluoride resin) for this poupose.
