Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The back side of cover glass for a wrist watch is coated with one or ≥2 kinds of metallic compounds selected form oxide, fluoride, boride, nitride, silicide, carbide and sulfide in combination by sputtering, ion plating or other method, or the coated layer is further heated and annealed to form a film with superior anti-clouding properties.
