Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve small sized and mechanically strong nonreversing circuits, by locating a permanent magnet between a dielectric substance base and a magnetic metall upper cover and fixing the dielectric base from the upper side of a ferrimagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:On the magnetic metal plate 1 having good conductor plating on the surface in common use for a ground conductor, a dielectric substance base 6 is located, to the center hole of which a ferrimagnetic substance plate 3 is inserted. On the ferrimagnetic substance plate 3, a junction electrode 4 is formed, and on the base 6, a rotating magnetic field energizing capacitor 51 connected to the electrode 4, inductor 52, input and output terminal 10, and inductor 53 and capacitor 54 for impedance conversion are respectively formed. A dielectric substance base 9 where a permanent magnet 7 is fixed to the upper part and a magnetic metal upper cover 81 is fixed on the surface and side surfaces is fixed from the upper side of the plate 3 via an adhesives layer 9 to provide the specified magnetic characteristics to the ferrimagnetic substance.
