Abstract
PURPOSE:To connect an electric circuit easily and reliably, by electrically connecting the electric circuit to a metal plate by a caulking pin. CONSTITUTION:An electric circuit 3 is formed by etching or plating copper foil to a predetermined pattern on a metal plate 1 through an insulating layer 2 and then, masked with a resist 7. When the metal plate 1 and the electric circuit 3 are grounded to reduce floating capacitance generated between the metal plate 1 and the electric circuit 3 by electric requirement, a projection 8a of a pin 8 having a pattern to a base 8b for holding components placed on a predetermined positions on a metal plate 1 is caulked to the metal plate 1 by high spinning or press. As a result, the pin 8 is mechanically held to the metal plate 1 and at the same time, the electric circuit 3 is connected to the metal plate 1 by the pin base 8b and the caulking part 8c.
