CONSTITUTION: A tank housing part 1a and a heat collecting part 1b are mounted in a casing 1, and the tank housing 1a is placed on a stand 2 in a manner to tilt upward at a proper angle. The casing, except a part where a glass plate 7 is placed on the upper surface of the heat collecting part 1b, is surrounded with an insulating material 3, and a water tank 4 is placed in the tank housing part 1a. A large number of radiation fins 10, each of which has a reverse L-section, formed with an upper surface part 10a and a rising part 10b, and has a length covering the full width of the heat collecting part, are positoned in the heat collecting part 1b.
