Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A sampled flow meter output is read by a block 9 simultaneously a number of read is counted by a block 10. A value read by a next block 11 is compared with a value read before. Momentary acceleration with the value qn larger than the value qn-1 causes transfer of a state to routine of an acceleration signal, and the count is accumulated in a block 12. A momentary deceleration state with the value qn smaller than the value qn-1 transfers to routine of a deceleration signal, and the count is accumulated in a block 21. Thus the decision is performed by a totally counted number.
