Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the sound recording quality when the power supply voltage is dropped, by giving a control whether or not an aural signal delaying circuit is by-passed via a switch after detecting the battery voltage. CONSTITUTION:A tape travels via a magnetic tape driving part 3 and in accordance with the detedtion of voice carried out through an aural signal detecting circuit 2, and a voice signal passed through a delaying circuit 4 after the tape reaches the steady travelling state is applied to a head 6. Then recording is performed with a good lead-out of head. On the other hand, analog switches 7 and 8 are switched when a drop of the power supply voltage is detected. Thus the aural signal by- passes the circuit 4 to be immediately supplied to the head 6. Accordingly, the recording quality is never lowered badly or the nonrecording state can be avoided even in case the tape travelling becomes unstable due to reduction of the power supply voltage. Thus the deterioration can be prevented for the recording quality when the power supply voltage is dropped.
