Abstract
PURPOSE:To exact and check a printed card without erasing data stored in an RAM by supplying electric power to only the RAM in maintenance inspection. CONSTITUTION:In inspecting the printed card of a waveform shaping circuit 2a for maintenance, an auxiliary power source 8 is disconnected first. Connectors 12a and 12b are coupled to connect a battery 11 for maintenance to an RAM4. Since, however, a control power source 7 generates a higher terminal voltage than the battery 11 for maintenance, electric power is supplied to each circuit from a control power source 7 and a data collector is in normal operation. A diode 11a for preventing a reverse current is connected between the battery 11 and RAM4, so no current flows from the power source 7 to the battery 11. When the power source 7 is turned off, a power failure detecting circuit 10 detects a power failure and places a CPU3 in a hold state to apply no voltage later, so that each circuit is turned off.
