CONSTITUTION:A liquid tank path on the downstream side of a cooler 2 is branched into two at a cooling liquid tank path 3 connecting a cooling liquid path 11 in a motor, a cooling liquid tank 6, a carrying pump 7 and the cooler 2, and one branch is used as a regeneration pipe path 4, and an ion exchange tower 1 maintaining the purity of cooling liquid is installed en route. In this way, a small capacity of the carrying pump 7 will suffice, and the purity maintenance of the cooling liquid can be achieved by simplifying the pipe arrangement.
