Then, lengths (a) and (b) and widths (c) and (d) of the black label signal and the white label signal are outputted successibely and are stored in buffers 8, 7, 6, and 3 respectively and are subjected to addition in an adding part 10 and substraction in a substracting part 11 through a correction quantity generating circuit 9, and a signal with the distortion quantity corrected is outputted from a selecting part 12.
