Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve gas barrier property and pressure-resistance and also enable reclaim of recovered material for an outside of a bottle, by making a test tube shape from a polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET) and forming a mixture layer of PET and special resin on its outside and molding a bottle by biaxial stretch blow. CONSTITUTION:A test tube shape is formed from PET (a polyethylene-terephthalate resin), being made an inner piece 5, an outer piece 6 is insert molded to it. Main material of the outer piece 6 is PET, however, a xylidine group containing polyamide of 5-30% to PET is added, also recovered material from a molded bottle in the subject is utilized as a reclaimed material. Adherence between the two layers and pressure-resistance of the bottle are good because components of material are almost common. The insert molded product of two layered test tube shape is finished to a shape of the bottle by a blow molder. By this, being added to excellent characteristics of contents-resistance etc. of PET, gas barrier property, inner pressure-resistance are improved and the reclamation of bottle becomes possible.
