Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the continuous selection of only the peak of the target measuring component while instantaneously skipping the mass number of nonobjective component by varying the acceleration voltage sequentially in step. CONSTITUTION:A variable resistor 1 is provided in correspondence with the number of measuring components for the purpose to set the acceleration voltage corresponding with the mass number to be measured. Said resistor 1 is provided with measuring terminals A, B, C and the acceleration voltage corresponding with the mass number to be measured by a switch automatic operation circuit 3 through a switch mechanism 2 is applied sequentially on the input terminal for regulating the output voltage of a high voltage stabilizing circuit 4. The switch mechanism 2 will sequentially select the measuring terminal of the variable resistor 1 through an automatic switching circuit 3 to produce the acceleration voltage corresponding with the objective mass number in step.
