Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the manual aperture device of a video camera and cinecamera to exercise electric manual aperture control by switching at need by manually driving a moving electromagnet type servometer which exercises automatic aperture control.
CONSTITUTION: With switch SW1 of manual operation part IV placed at manual contact M, variable resistance VR4 is adjusted according to a desired aperture value. The position detection voltage of the moving magnet of the electromagnetic servometer driving the aperture is compared with the voltage that corresponds to the set aperture value by comparator Q2 of servometer driving circuit V. The moving magnet responds to the comparison output to exercise electric manual control over the aperture and manual aperture operation can also be performed by chainging-over the switch according to a shot state.
