PURPOSE:To improve reliability by eliminating a mechanical shutter, by using a shutter whose high-speed operation is controlled mechanically while its low-speed operation is controlled electrically, and by performing the switching of the said control by the output signal of a comparator. CONSTITUTION:According to the partial voltage of a variable terminal 3a coupling with a shutter dial, the operation of a shutter is performed in three modes, such as an auto, a mechanical control and an electric control mode. Through the voltage division of auto/manual switching resistance 4 and 5 and manual mechanical/ electric switching resistances 6 and 7, output levels of comparators 8 and 9 are determined according to the voltage-division level of the variable terminal. In auto mode, mechanical control is set for the hifhest speed and exercised electrically; in manual high-speed mode, an electric control part is set for the highest speed and controlled mechanically and in manual low-speed mode, a mechanical control part is set for the lowest speed of the mechanical control and controlled electrically.
