Abstract

PURPOSE:To eject a magnetic disk automatically right after recording and reproduction, by allowing a cone to clamp the disk through a cone loading source on the basis of the detection signal of a sensor which detects the insertion of the disk to a normal position. CONSTITUTION:A sensor (photocoupler) 52 detects the insertion of a magnetic disk to a normal position, and a cone loading driving source (solenoid) 41 moves a cone toward driving hub on the basis of he detection signal of the sensor to clamp and set the magnetic disk. An ejecting mechanism which discharges the disk by the releasing of the driving source 41 while clamping and setting the disk automatically only by the insertion of the disk into a device is provided and is reset by an ejection signal SE2 from an external system. In a set state, an ejection inhibiting signal is inputted to an NAND gate 104 and even if the ejection signal SE1 of a switch 102 by ejecting button operation and the external ejection signal SE2 are inputted, an output signal RS2 from the gate 104 is inhibited.
