Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An electrically nonconductive polyester 1 e.g. polyethylene terephthalate, is melted and filtered and made to flow down while metered by a metering hole 3, and an electrically conductive synthetic polymer 2 containing 10W60wt% dispersed electrically conductive carbon black is flowed while metered by a metering hole 5 to form a two-layered flow 7 enclosing the outer periphery of the electrically nonconductive component 1 with the electrically conductive component 2 at a combining part 6 provided at the outlet periphery of the metering hole 3.
