The amt. of the addition is about 0.3W1.2 times mole equiv. the contents of the heavy metals in the waste water. The use ratios of the polyethylene imine deriv. and the sulfur compds. are about 1:99W99:1. According to this method, the heavy metals in the waste water are captured thoroughly, and the secondary pollution by the redissolution, etc. of formed sludge is prevented.
