Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a classifier suitable for bulk treatment by installing a solid receiving port that opens in the upper part and closes in the lower part in a cylindrical or conical rotary hollow body and enabling storing or discharging of received solid material.
CONSTITUTION: Solid material in raw water thrown into a rotary drum 21 in which an off water discharging port and a solid material discharging port 30 are opened in front and rear walls is transferred to a primary dehydrating blade 23 by a feeding blade 22. Then, the solid material is dehydrated while being scraped up by the blade 23 and transferred to the upper part of the drum 21. It falls into inside of a primary conical chute 36 from its upper part through a gap, i.e. a solid material inlet, between rubber plates 31 and received by a rubber plate 31 in the lower part. At the same time, the solid material is discharged to a secondary dehydrating blade. Thereafter, discharging is made as described above, and the solid material is discharged from a discharge port 30.
