Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a foamed and molded item without partial scattering with respect to the hardness and ridigity, by conducting a monolithical molding step for a skin and a foamed layer and a molding step for a impregnated reinforcing layer using the same mold together with a telescopic mold. CONSTITUTION:The mold surface 25a of a lower mold 20 is coated with a polyurethane elastomer 11a for forming a skin via a spray 30, and after a semihard polyurethane foam raw material 12a is injected via an injector 31 onto the elastomer 11a, the upper mold 21 with a lining mold 22 mounted thereto is fitted to the mold surface 25b, a foamed layer 12 is foamed and molded monolithically with the skin 11, and the lining mold 22 of the mold 21 is removed from the mold surface 25b. Then, an impregnating base 13a is placed on the upper surface of the foamed layer 12, a hard polyurethane foam raw material 13b is loaded thereto via an injector 33, the molds are closed, and the raw material 13b is impregnated, and the impregnated reinforcing layer 13 and the foamed layer 12 are monolithically molded.
