Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform continuous and self-control of measurement of wide-ranged discharge, by installing a discharge control switching device which automatically switches discharges of two systems of a large-sized and a small- sized system by means of a given discharge threshold. CONSTITUTION:When a discharge set signal S increases and discharge of a main line 10 increases and attains a given value, an alarm setter 44 actuates to output a pulse signal. This causes changing of a keep-relay into a set condition and regulator 21 locks a control signal into an expecting state. As a result, a regulating valve 22 is locked by a given discharge. Meanwhile, if the keep-relay 46 is set, a regulating valve 24 is switched to a control state to actuate and control a regulating valve 18. If the discharge set signal S increases to exceed a given value, the regulating valve 24 actuates and controls the regulating valves 18 so that the discharge set signal S from a computer 28 is equalized with a discharge signal from a flow meter 40, or a differential discharge flows through a large-sized line 12.
