Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a clock signal which is synchronous to the outside with a simple method, by making the titled memory in such a way that the memory has an oscillator and a timing generating circuit internally and the internal electric signal is fetched out. CONSTITUTION:A timing generating circuit 14 generates a timing signal based on a clock of a fixed cycle from an oscillator 21, and the timing signal is supplied to the inside, namely, a controlling section 13, a reading amplifier 3, a writing amplifier 5, an erasing amplifier 4, a reading register 2, etc. Moreover, the timing signal is also supplied to a revolving magnetic field driving circuit 12 to supply a revolving magnetic field to a magnetic bubble transfer loop 10. A part of the timing signal which is made synchronous to the revolving magnetic field for synchronizing a writing-reading control signal 16, is supplied to the outside as a clock 18.
