CONSTITUTION:When the set values are, for example, set at 32 deg.C for maximum temperature and at 18 deg.C for minimum temperature, the program of the microcomputer 17 is prepared so that the microcomputer 17 issues without delay maximum or minimum output signal to operate an opening regulating actuator 19 in order to realize maximum or minimum heating prior to the ordinary calculation, which determines controlling output with the electric signals from an interior air temperature sensor 10, an opening degree sensor 11 and the like. Consequently, the regulation of interior air temperature can be quickly performed only by setting the adjustment of the set values at th specified states. Said setting can be managed only by changing the program of the microcomputer 17.
