Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain proper control of air conditioning by determining the direction of sun beams into the inside space of a car on the basis of the azimuth of sun beams and the direction of car driving, and by making correction on air conditioning with respect to sun beams. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of a room temperature sensor 8, temperature setting device 9, infrared rays detector 10 and an outside temperature sensor 11 are put into a microcomputer 15 through an A/D converter 12 while the outputs of an azimuth finder 13 and a digital clock 14 are put into the micro-computer 15. The microcomputer 15 determines the direction of sun beams into the inside space of the car on the basis of these input data, and controls change-over actuators 18, 19 and motor drive circuits 17, 18 to make correction on air conditioning with respect to the direction of sun beams.
