Abstract

PURPOSE:To incorporate an oscillating circuit into a semiconductor device consisting of an I<2>L element, by using the injector current of an I<2>L element for the charging current of a capacitor and feeding back the output of the I<2>L element to discharge the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The other end of a capacitor 8 having an earthed end is connected to the input terminal of an I<2>L element 1 as well as to the base of a PNP transistor 9 having the earthed collector. The output terminal of the element 1 is connected to the set input terminal S of a flip-flop, and the emitter of the transistor 9 is connected to the input terminal of an I<2>L element 4. The output terminal of the element 4 is connected to a reset input terminal R via an I<2>L element 5. Then an output terminal Q of the flip-flop is connected to a capacitor discharging I<2>L element 6. The capacitor 8 is charged by the injector current of the element 1. Then the capacitor 8 is discharged via the output of the element 6 when the flip-flop has an inversion.
