Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease on capacitor and the number of pins at circuit integration, by commonly using the vertical oscillation circuit and the saw tooth wave generation circuit. CONSTITUTION:At the scanning period, the capacitor C is discharged at a given current through the first constant current circuit consisting of transistor Q12. when the input voltage at (-) of the comparator 11 is equal to the low level voltage of the input voltage at (+), the first switch S11 and second switch S12 are operated to start the charge of capacitor C and to bring the input voltage at (+) to high level VH. When the charging voltage of capacitor C is equal to VH, the output of com- parator 11 operates the first switch S11 to stop the charge of the capacitor C and to restart charging.
