Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high density clear image by a simple process by combining a photosesitive sheet having a heat volatilizable coupler and a photosetting resin with an image receiving sheet having a diazo compound. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive sheet is formed by coating a support with a photosensitive soln. contg. a coupler with heat volatility or heat sublimability at ordinary temp. such as pyrocatechol or m-aminobenzoic acid and a photosetting photosensitive resin such as polyvinyl cinnamate or contg. a further a photosensitizer. An image receiving sheet is formed by coating a support with an aqueous dispersion contg. a white pigment, a high molecular binder, a disazo compound and an alkali generating agent. An original is superposed on the photosensitive sheet, and after carrying out exposure, the surface of the image receiving layer is superposed on the surface of the photosensitive layer. Both the layers are then heated with a heat roller, and the surface of the image receiving layer is uniformly exposed to ultraviolet light to obtain a developed color image.
