Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a P-P value of an analog signal, like time series, by time- dividing the analog signal, and deriving a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of amplituide of the analog signal derived at every time division section. CONSTITUTION:A P-P value is obtained by inputting an analog input signal 1 to a peak value holding circuit 3, also inputting it to a peak value holding circuit 4 through an analog inverting circuit 2, and adding outputs of the circuits 3, 4 by an adder 6. Subsequently, this P-P value is held in a sample holding circuit 7 by timing of fall of a clock from a clock generator 5. Also, the P-P value is stored in a storing circuit 11 by starting an A/D converter 9 by a timing pulse from a timing circuit 8, and updating the contents of a word address register 10. Subsequently, the circuits 3, 4 are reset by rise of the clock, and when this operation is repeated at every period of the clock, a variation of amplitude of the analog signal can be obtained like time division.
