Abstract
PURPOSE: To carry out the sprinkling of a chemical liquid and the treatment of the residual liquid by one signal to one sprinkling block by cooperating an air treating valve having a special structure and a sprinkling valve.
CONSTITUTION: A distributor 3 to which plural air pressure ports respectively corresponding to plural sprinkling blocks B1, B2... are provided is rotated every one step and, when the port corresponding to one sprinkling block is coincided with an inport H of air pressure from a compressor 4, the air pressure is introduced into a sprinkling valve 5 to open the same and a chemical liquid is sprinkled to said one block. At the same time, said same air pressure is introduced into both upper and lower chambers 25', 25 of a cylinder 16 operating an air treating valve 6 and, when the sprinkling of the chemical liquid is completed, said air pressure is released to release air pressure of the upper chamber 25' as well as te lowering of air pressure in the lower chamber 25 is temporally delayed by a flow control valve 29 and, by the difference of pressure, the valve 6 is opened and air pressure from the compressor 4 is introduced into a sprinkler 9 from a sprinkling branch pipe 8 through the valve 6 to treat the residual liquid of the same block.
