Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate time delay and to make construction simple and handling easy by detecting the contact of a coil material with other objects directly electrically. CONSTITUTION:A coil material 3 is placed on a coil car 2, and an electric power source for a motor 8 is turned on to advance the car 2. When the material 3 contacts a drum 6, a coil retainer 7, or the like during moving, electric current flows from the plus electric power source +V connected to the material 3 through the contact part toward 0V. At this time, the voltage on the input side of an integrating circuit 11 drops and therefore, it drops the voltage increased by the circuit 11 and applied to the input side of an inverter 12, largely. The voltage on the output side of the inverter 12 inverts and rises to flow large current to the output side of a driver circuit 13, which operates an output relay 14, thereby interrupting the same from an output terminal 15. Therefore, the power source for the motor 8 goes off, and the coil car 2 is braked to stop quickly.
