PURPOSE:To prevent a wick from burning at a dry burning time by turning on a dry burning switch and stopping supply of electric current to an electrical heating means for heating the wick. CONSTITUTION:A thyristor 10 increases the quantity of vaporization through increasing the current of an auxiliary heater 6 foran abnorval combustion state while vaporization is conducted by self combustion heat only through reducing the current of the auxiliary heater 6 for a normal combustion state. In this way, at the abnormal combustion the heating value of the auxiliary heater 6 increase to adjust the quantity of combustion. An oil-less burning switch 12 is closed to exert oil-less burning and cleaning of the wick. In this way, since a direct current is generated between points (c) and (b) and a transistor 19 is turned ON, the thyristor 10 is turned OFF and a current does not flow into the auxiliary heater. Accordingly, it can be prevented that the heat of the auxiliary heater 6 is given to the wick, the temperature rises abnormally and the wick is burnt.
