Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A supporting angle 16 is welded to steel pipes 1, an outer frame 15 is fixed to the upper part of the supporting angle 16, and a delivery base 13 with a bolt stud 12 is fitted into the upper part of the outer frame 15. Through the bolt stud 12 of the delivery base stud 13, a supporting plate 10 is placed on the delivery base, and on the supporting plate 10, divided sealing plates 8a-8c made of FRP or a metal, whose face in contact with the steel pipes 1 and the coupler 2 is provided with rubber seals 9a-9c are fixed by bolts. The delivery base 13 is moved back and forth by turning the adjusting bolt 14 and the sealing plates 8a-8c are closely attached to the steel pipes 1 and the couplers 2.
