Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a high-speed printing to be performed by hastening the releasing of an armature by using a system in which part of the core of a spring charge type dot printing head is supported by a supporting spring in such a way as to enable a magnet to move when being energized. CONSTITUTION:When energizing an electromagnetic coil wound around a core 1, the core is magnetized to erase a magnetic flux resulting from a permanent magnet 5. By this, an armature 8 adsorbed on the first yoke 4 is released from attraction force and moved upwardly by the biasing force of the spring 7 but moves to the left side against the biasing force of the supporting springs 2a and 2b due to its repulsion with pole S produced at one end of the armature 8. Therefore, air gap in magnetic path formed by the permanent magnet 5 is increased abruptly and thereby the releasing of the armature 8 is hastened.
